Victor L. Joe, AIA Project Manager/Project Architect Victor L. Joe graduated from the University of Houston in 1974. He is a native Houstonian and Texan. Victor has 36 years of experience and 30 years of managing projects as an Architect. He has worked for Architectural Firms, Construction Companies, and Development Firms. The last eight years of experience focused on project management in the development and construction industries. He worked successfully with owners and architects to meet and complete project budget and schedule respectively. He has proven abilities in team communication, effective leadership, and mentoring assistant managers to produce a final project. Prior to the eight years, he managed projects as a project manager/project architect. His has experience which includes planning and design, with the following building types: professional/commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, restaurants, hospitality, medical buildings, banks and multi-family apartments. Victor also has experience with historical and memorial sites where he directed the collaborative efforts of artists and historians.
